General Information
BUSINESS HOURS -- We are open Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm.

NIGHT DROP -- For your convenience, a small cut-out has been made in our front door to drop off your orders after business hours. Supplies are provided.

SERVICE TIME -- Our scheduled lab time for each service is published in this catalog. The time listed is an approximate timetable under normal work load conditions. Large and complicated orders may take longer. We make every sincere effort to meet our service times, however, in the event that we are unable to do such, we will try to contact you. If you need an order at a specific time, please tell us when you send in the order.

PRINT REGARDLESS -- Slides or negatives that are scratched, obviously over-or under-exposed, or out of focus, will be printed with the understanding that the results will fall short of our normal standards and must be paid for in advance.

REMAKES -- We promise to follow your instructions as closely as possible. However, if a remake is necessary, please return all original materials with clear instructions on what needs to be corrected. Please, no remakes after 10 days.

PAYMENT METHODS -- Cash is accepted at the customer service counter only. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted with a $10 minimum. Personal and company checks are accepted with proper identification.

OPEN ACCOUNTS -- Customers wishing to open an account with us need to complete a credit application, which will be processed as quickly as possible. All work is C.O.D. pending your approved application.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY-- Submitting any film, negative, slide or transparency to this firm for processing or printing constitutes an agreement by you that if such material is damaged, lost or not returned by us, or any other processor handling your film, our liability, and that of any other processor, is limited to the replacement of an equivalent amount of unexposed film or print material.
