DIGITAL FILE REQUIRMENTS
Image Data Formats:
* Artwork is preferred as PRINT READY, PDF, EPS or Tiffs files. If editing is required we accept native files from layout programs such as Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and Quark. Please include fonts and supports.
* PMS colors must be specified pantone coated, do not convert to process. If a color match is required but you do not have a PMS color, please supply a physical color match when submitting your order. Otherwise, we print as is.
* Please set up all files with bleed, at least 1/8”, (or ¼” on larger images), on all sides.
* Always include hard copies, with file names and final sizes written on them.
Vector Graphics:
* Documents should be set-up proportional to the final size, (100%, 50%, 25%, OR 10%).
* Include all screen and printer fonts used in your document including fonts used in placed EPS files or convert all fonts to outlines.
* Imported raster images should be placed as an EPS or TIF file in the documents original color mode.
* If you have a layered Photoshop file, include it with your job.
Raster Graphics:
* The document should be set-up at 100% of the final size.
* Resolution should be no less than 100 d.p.i. at the final size.
* If possible, include all layers in file, do not merge or flatten.
