Digital Artwork Requirements
Image Data Formats:

Artwork is preferred in the native formats of the main graphic applications in EPS and TIF.
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Freehand
  • Quark

PMS colors must be specified Pantone coated, do not convert to process. If a color match is required but you do not have a PMS color, please supply a physical color match when submitting your order.

Please include a hard copy proof when Pantone colors need to be matched. If Pantone colors need to be matched for Photoshop files please provide a layered file. Art time maybe charged to correct flattened Photoshop files.

NOTE: Orders without indication of Pantone colors, supplied proofs or requested hard copy proofs are NOT GUARANTEED FOR COLOR.

Fonts:

Fonts must be converted to "outlines". Changes to files will require us to have the fonts used in the files and a version of the file which is editable. If fonts are not in outlines, please provide Apple fonts or TrueType fonts should changes need to be made.


Bleeds:

If you are unsure of the required Bleed for your project please contact Customer Service for assistance at 404-321-0009.

Some products have specific bleed requirements, listed below are several required minimal bleeds.

  • Mural pop-ups should have a minimum bleed of 1/2 inch from all sides.

  • Tension Fabric Displays require a minimal bleed of 2 inches from logos, and type.

  • Inkjet Truss Graphics should have a 1/2 inch perimeter bleed.


Vector Graphics

  • Documents should be set-up proportional to the final size ( 100%, 50%, 25%, or 10% ).

  • Include all screen and printer fonts used in your document including fonts used in placed EPS files or convert all fonts to outlines.

  • Imported raster images should be placed as an EPS or TIF file in the documents original color mode.

  • If you have a layered Photoshop file, include it with your job



Raster Graphics

  • The document should be set-up at 100% of the final size with a pixel size between 100 to 120 per inch.

  • Resolution should be no less than 100 dpi at the final size

  • If possible, include all layers in file, do not merge or flatten.
